Tu privacidad es importante para nosotros. Esta política explica qué información recopila FocusTrack (la "app") y cómo la usa.

1. Información que recopilamos

Nombre y correo electrónico: al iniciar sesión con Apple o Google, para crear tu perfil local.
Datos de uso: sesiones, tiempo de enfoque, actividades y metas que creas tú mismo.
Historial de compra de la suscripción: gestionado por Apple y RevenueCat.

2. Dónde se guarda tu información

Toda tu información se almacena localmente en tu dispositivo, en una base de datos cifrada. FocusTrack no tiene servidores propios ni sincroniza tus datos en la nube.

3. Cómo usamos tu información

Para operar y mejorar FocusTrack.
Para mostrarte tu progreso, estadísticas y logros.
Para enviarte notificaciones locales relacionadas con tus sesiones (si las activas).

4. Compartir información

No vendemos ni compartimos tu información personal. No hay publicidad ni rastreo de terceros dentro de FocusTrack. Los únicos servicios de terceros son: Inicio de sesión con Apple/Google (autenticación) y RevenueCat (gestión de la suscripción).

5. Seguridad

Tu perfil se guarda en una base de datos cifrada (SQLCipher) cuya clave se protege en el llavero seguro del dispositivo (Keychain).

6. Tus derechos

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento desde Perfil > Zona de Peligro > Eliminar Cuenta dentro de la app. El borrado es inmediato e irreversible.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information FocusTrack (the "app") collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

Name and email address: when signing in with Apple or Google, to create your local profile.
Usage data: sessions, focus time, activities and goals you create yourself.
Subscription purchase history: managed by Apple and RevenueCat.

2. Where your information is stored

All your information is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. FocusTrack has no servers of its own and does not sync your data to the cloud.

3. How we use your information

To operate and improve FocusTrack.
To show you your progress, statistics and achievements.
To send you local notifications related to your sessions (if you enable them).

4. Sharing information

We do not sell or share your personal information. There is no third-party advertising or tracking within FocusTrack. The only third-party services are: Sign in with Apple/Google (authentication) and RevenueCat (subscription management).

5. Security

Your profile is stored in an encrypted database (SQLCipher) whose key is protected in the device's secure keychain.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
